I imagine you are here because you are craving movement, guidance, togetherness, and a place to feel safe to show up exactly as you are. I imagine you are here because you connect with me in some way. And for that, I am honoured you are here.
I offer yin, restorative, hatha, vinyasa and partner yoga. Naked or clothed.
I specialize in nude yoga. Why? For me and for so many who practice with me, it is centered around freedom. Spiritual and psychological freedom from heteronormative ideals of what society and media tells us we should be and look like. This practice is anarchist, forgiving, and fluid. It is all about meeting you where you are, in all your quirks, limitations and possibilities.

I offer hands-on assists for alignment purposes only. Any touching of my body will not be tolerated.
I offer scents (incence and/or essential oils), of which you may opt-out.
I have two cats of whom we respect their autonomy.
For online classes:
No screen recording. No screen shots. No photos of the screen at anytime.

What is a consult like?
A free booking of 15 minutes over zoom (or phone if you prefer), to talk about what you are looking for and what I offer, to see if you would like to work together. This is a time for you to ask all your questions and decide to make this investment for yourself.
Where are you located?
My home studio is conveniently located downtown Toronto, near college subway station, near the intersection of Carlton St. & Jarvis St.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
You are welcome to, but not necessary. I've got all the tools you need. I provide to you: water, a 6mm antibacterial cork mat, a towel, cork yoga blocks, yoga straps.
What happens when I arrive?
After you book, my home studio address will be sent to you in a confirmation e-mail. When you arrive at my home studio, e-mail or text me and I will come down to let you in. Once inside, we will chat about how you are feeling, respectfully disrobe, and begin the yoga practice.
What is a typical private class like?
We begin with opening chant, light movement, and pranayama (breathing exercises). The sequence is tailored to your needs and interests. We end with savasana (laying meditation) and closing chant.
What if I feel self conscious of my body?
There is space for you to feel however you feel. Feeling self-conscious makes sense, given the nature of the society within we operate. My goal is for you to feel as comfortable as possible. This practice is meant to meet you wherever you are. All bodies are yoga bodies. Your body is worthy of tender care and to be witnessed without judgment.
What if I don’t want to go fully nude?
That's absolutely acceptable! You can wear whatever you want, and change your mind at any time.
Can I touch myself during class?
Self-touch is encouraged to highlight external sensory feedback for your body, and to aid in finding your own alignment. This touching is non-sexual. Masturbation or genital stimulation will result in your class immediately terminating without refund.

About me as a
Yoga Facilitator
I have been practing movement of many kinds from the age of 4 from gymnastics, tap, jazz, ballet and hip-hop dance, and most tenderly, practicing yoga with my mother in the livingroom.
I began practicing yoga more deeply in 2016 while backpacking South-East Asia and studied to become a yoga teacher in early 2017 in Vietnam. I studied Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, buddist meditation, mindfullness and Indian Philosphy in a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification.
I actually had had no intention of becoming a yoga teacher, only to deepen my practice, because the idea of teaching, frankly, scared the shit out of me. But my overall penetrating goal in life is to lean into fear. And so here I am humbly, to share with you my joy of movement, and sacred yoga practice.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
