I imagine you are here because you are craving movement, guidance, togetherness, and a place to feel safe to show up exactly as you are. I imagine you are here because you connect with me in some way. And for that, I am honoured you are here.
I specialize in naked yoga. Why? For me and for so many who practice with me, it is centered around freedom. I offer restorative, yin, hatha, vinyasa and partner yoga. Naked or clothed.

This is a level 2 class designed to challenge you, hold space for you, and honour your body and your breath. While you don’t *need* any previous yoga experience to join, some basic understanding of yoga or other movement practice is recommended.
This class isn't about what you look like, doing tricks or “being the best at yoga”. (Although trying out new “tricks” can gently confront the ego, and be really fun.)
