Playful Sweat Yoga Class
A 75 minute online high-paced movement practice inspired by Ashtanga yoga (level 2). Designed to challenge you, hold space for you, and honour your body and your breath. While you don’t *need* any previous yoga experience to join, some basic understanding of yoga or other movement practice is recommended.
You will need blocks (or similar), a yoga strap (or similar), and a blanket for practice. Class runs on Zoom from 6pm - 7:15pm EST followed by "aftercare" 7:15pm-7:30pm for any questions and sharing.
Flexible price points on offer— This class started on a PWYC donation-based payment system for offically a year now (woo!). I want everyone who wants to practice to be welcome and able to do so, regardless of financial confines. Please find the investment tier that fits you best.
