A weekly high-paced movement practice to strengthen the whole body, deepen the breath and work to find a fierce calm within intensity. Designed to challenge you, hold space for you, and honour your body and your breath.
This class isn't about what you look like, or doing tricks or "good-looking" yoga. It's about honouring exactly where you are today, of tuning into your feeling and sensing in your body in each moment. It's about getting out of your head, back into your body and letting your breath lead your movement.
My style is playful, a bit silly, hard working and yes— sweaty!
